Obituary

Veteran U. S. Army. Robert E. Baker, age 79, of Winter Haven, FL formerly of Worthington and anative of Linworth, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1998 at his home in Florida. He was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corps Veteran. Preceded in death by his son, James R. Baker. Survived by his wife, Bonna Baker; daughter, Barbara (Merle) Ball of Sunbury; grandchildren, Michelle McCargish of Hilliard, Jason Ball of Sunbury and James Baker of Columbus; great grandson, Brandon McCargish. Funeral service11:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 22, 1998 at the Rutherford Corbin Worthington Chapel, 515 High St. where friends may call on Monday from 6-9 p.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. The family requests, in lieu of flowers that memorial ontributions be made to Hospice at Riverside, 3535 Olentangy River Rd. Columbus, OH 43214.
