Carl H. Zipf, age 72, of Columbus died Thursday, November 5, 1992 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired Owner and Operator of Carl Zipf Lock Shop, Inc. which was founded by his father in 1911. He is survived by wife Donna J. Zipf, Columbus, Oh.; children Terrissa Mills, Westerville, Oh., Nancy (Steve) Gabriel, Hilliard, Oh., Carl H. (Deborah) Zipf III, Upper Arlington, Oh., Thomas E. (Betty) Zipf, Westerville, Oh.; grandchildren Mike (Norma) Mills, Ladd & Nathan Gabriel, Sara & Amy Currier, Carl H. Zipf, IV, Jennifer, Katie & Sarah Zipf; sister Evelyn Brand & Helen Dennison, both of Columbus, Oh.; nieces, nephews & other relatives. Member of the Worthington Presbyterian Church and Moose Lodge #11. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2992 at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. Rev. James R. Neumann officiating. Family request in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the charity of choice.
