Ruby E. Hoos, age 95, resident of Worthington, Sunday, September 2, Minerva Park Place. Survived by daughters, Mildred Burdette, Columbus, Claire Hoos, Worthington; granddaughter, Ann Homsher, Johnstown; grandson and wife, William and Barbara Burdette, Orient; great-grandchildren, Alan and Lisa Homsher, Heather and Jim Barker; sister, Laura Thomas, Salisbury, N.C. Member of Worthington United Methodist Church and Worthington Chapter No. 287 OES. Funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street., Worthington. Rev. Mary Holm officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
