The fourth annual Worthington Pride event was presented by the Worthington Partnership and Worthington Pride, welcoming all to celebrate diversity and love in all forms. The event featured booths highlighting LGBTQIA+ organizations, hands-on activities and crafts, food and local shopping specials, live music and entertainment.
The Worthington Partnership is a volunteer-based non-profit organization focused on enhancing the geographic heart of Worthington, as well as attracting visitors and positive attention to the City of Worthington and areas within the Worthington City School district. The group sponsors events throughout the year, such as Farmers Markets, Picnic with the Partnership, Sunday Fundays, and more.
Worthington Pride's mission is to create an inclusive community which empowers and advocates for the LGBTQ+ individuals and families in the Worthington area.
The Worthington Libraries launched the Pop-Up-Library, its version of a bookmobile, in 2024. It brings books, programming and more to community events as well as daycares, preschools and other locations in the library's service district.
