Background

John B. Hill (b.1921, d. 2011) is photographed here in his carrier pilot uniform during World War II. Hill was born in Bellville, Ohio but spent most of his life in Worthington. He served as a Carrier Pilot during the war for the US Army Air Corps. Following the war, he received a degree in business from Ohio State University, and had a career as a realtor and developer in the Worthington and North Columbus area. Hill is buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
