This marriage certificate was issued to John M. Williams of Worthington and Minnie Bell Elmore of Westerville, who were married on September 24th, 1907 in Worthington, Ohio by Justice of the Peace Jacob Peasley. Witnesses were Esther and Maude Williams. The couple lived in Worthington after their marriage and had three children; Millicent, Ralph and Doris.

John Williams (b. about 1890) worked as a farmer in Worthington, and specialized in growing vegetables according to a 1932 Worthington News article. His wife Minnie (b. 1889, d. 1978) was very active with the Sharon Rebekah Lodge for many years.
