Background

The 1880 commencement program of Worthington Public Schools documents the graduation ceremony for Worthington's first high school graduates. Worthington School offered the first public high school and elementary classes in Worthington beginning with the 1879-1880 school year. Graduates of the class of 1880 were Mary Skeele and Nellie Wright.
