Background
This document is a Camp Fire Girls Charter from 1934 for the Camp Fire Girls in Worthington. The Wayucoza group was led by Mrs. Martha Edwards. Camp Fire Girls was the first non-sectarian organization for girls in America and emphasized outdoor activities for girls. It was originally started to be a sister organization to the Boys Scouts of America. The first sentence of the document reads, "This is your charter, make it live..."
