Jack R. Alexander, age 53, 5093 Northtowne Blvd., Columbus, Monday at home. Claims Training Director State Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. Survived by wife Jane Smith Alexander; daughters, Mrs. Ted (Cathy) Mitchell, Ashland, Oh., Mrs. Tom (Cara) Adamescu, Coshocton, Oh.; granddaughter, Nikki Mitchell; mother, Mrs. Helen Alexander, Mansfield; brother, Mark Alexander, Ridgecrest, Calif. Member of Worthington United Presbyterian Church, Venus Lodge F&AM, Mansfield, Oh. F.O.P. Veteran of WW II. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Charles Robinson officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Masonic service 8 p.m. Friday. Contributions may be made to the Columbus Cancer Clinic.
