L. Alberta Snowden, age 89, of Worthington, Tuesday, January 4, 1994, Widow of Thomas L. Snowden. Survived by daughter, Florence (James) Hill; son, Arthur (Faye) Snowden; step-daughter, Betty (William) Hamilton; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Harold (Lovena) Burke; sister, Miriam (John) D'Lachichi. Attended Grace Brethren Church, Worthington. Member of Ladies Oriental Shrine and active in area bowling. Funeral service 1 p.m. Friday, January 7, RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, Pastor James Custer officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery.
