Posie G. Stone, age 88, of 266 Rosslyn Avenue. Died Wednesday, Monterey Nursing Home. Preceded in death by son, John R. Stone. Survived by wife, Aultie L.; son, Ralph E. Stone, of Columbus; daughters, Mrs. Vera L. Ross, of Columbus, Mrs. James (A. Marie) Richter, of Worthington, Bertha O. Stone, of Columbus, Mrs. Warren (Florence) Shrewsberry, of Bluefield, West Virginia and Mrs. Rose Latella, of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several brothers and 1 sister. Service 10 a.m. Friday at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Reverend Drury Benton officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
