Obituary

Welch Jeanne M. Welch, age 89, Wednesday, June 19, 2013. She was a loving mother who devoted her life to her husband and children. An exceedingly kind person and devoted Catholic, she always put the comfort of others first. Her manner encouraged many enduring friendships. She is preceded in death by John, her loving husband of 60 years and son-in-law Larry Hanna. She is survived by her daughters, Marie Hanna, Beth Welch, Kathleen (Alan) McGillivray, Peggy Welch; and sons, John (Ann), Jim (Margaret Mary) and Brian (Amy); 12 much loved grandchildren, and many dear friends. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 4476 N. High St. (two blocks north of Henderson Rd.), 614-268-8811. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 20 E. Dominion Blvd., Columbus. Fr. Kevin Kavanagh celebrant. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
