J. Richard (Jack) Stafford, age 36, of 8739 168th St., Jamaca, N.Y., Thursday. Librarian for Queen City Library. Survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gould D. Stafford; brother, David D. Stafford, both of Columbus; paternal grandfather, Eugene D. Stafford, Dania, Fla. Graduate of OSU, BS in education. Masters in library science, Western Michigan. Funeral service Wednesday 1 p.m. RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Friends received at Rutherford's 7-9 p.m. Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
