Florence Mae Proudley, 441 E. Orchard, Newark, Oh, formerly of Worthington, Sunday, Licking Memorial Hospital. Widow of William H. Proudley. Survived by son William J. Proudley, Evanston, Ill; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Member of St. Johns Episcopal Church. Funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
