Banks; son William Mathew Banks; brother, Mr. Bryan Banks of New Philadelphia, Ohio; granddaughters, Nancy & Karen Banks of Columbus. Member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church. Veteran WWI. Member of American Legion and V.F.W. Funeral service Monday 2 p.m., Weir-Arend Funeral Home, 4221 N. High St., Where friends may call 1 hour prior to service. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Dr. Newton Fritchley officiating.
